Refund policy
Lucchese gladly accepts returns of unworn and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase ( Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal for more information: https://www.lucchese.com/pages/return-and-exchange ) postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please fill out the returns form found in our Returns & Exchanges portal prior to returning the item to Lucchese.
All international shipment costs, taxes, permits, and fees associated with items outgoing or returned for the initial purchase, exchange, repair, or refund request are the responsibility of the purchasing party and must be paid in full upon shipment. Lucchese Bootmaker is not responsible for any reimbursement of standard or expedited shipping costs, fees, taxes, or permits associated with items coming in or out of our facility for services including but not limited to exchanges, repairs, or returns.
