RETURN POLICY

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

Lucchese accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color, please follow the return procedures below and then simply initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase within 30 days of your purchase.

*Please note, return label must be generated and mint-condition item post marked within 30 days of receipt for items to be eligible for any refunds or returns through Lucchese.com.

FRONTIER TECH RETURN POLICY:

Lucchese accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by both sets of insoles and original packaging. Any missing insoles or any wear or damage to the boots deemed not to be a manufacturer's defect will result in either a partial refund or will not be eligible for a refund at all. Missing insoles will deduct $30 from your refund per pair that are missing.

Worn boots can be returned to be inspected for manufacturing defects up to one year after purchase. Inspection will determine if boots are eligible to be replaced or refunded.

Lucchese does not offer refurbishing or repairs for Lucchese Frontier Tech products.

EXCHANGES:

ALL exchange orders will require a signature to make sure packages are received in a timely and safe manner, regardless of their original price point. This safeguard has been put in place to ensure proper delivery and receipt by the customer.

Customers First

The following returns policy applies to boots or other items purchased on Lucchese.com. If you purchased a Lucchese boot or other item at a Lucchese retail store or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store or the website where you made the purchase about returning the item for a refund. 

We strive to ensure that your handmade Lucchese product is free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for refund. If you discover that your product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at 888-582-1883 and they will be glad to assist you.

We offer a few options for you to handle returns:

Prepaid Return Service (US orders only)

Lucchese offers a quick, convenient return service for our customers residing in the contiguous United States.

  • A flat rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned to Lucchese.
  • Please seal the package securely and affix the label to the outside of box so that it covers the existing label. 
  • You can drop your package in any FEDEX drop box or take it to any FEDEX store for return shipment.

Note: Return label must be generated and item shipped back to Lucchese within 30 days of receipt. Items shipped after this time will not be accepted as they have surpassed the dates of our return policy.

Return On Your Own

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. All shipments delivered by USPS to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact customer service at 1-888-582-1883 for assistance.

Reprinting a Return Label

Using a Lucchese.com account

To reprint a label previously generated on any mobile device or computer using your Lucchese.com account, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Lucchese.com account, and click ‘My Account’
  2. Scroll down to the ‘Return History’ tab
  3. Click the RMA number associated with the last return label generated on your account.
  4. As your item’s summary page loads, you may click the option ‘Print Return Form & Label’ to print your forms and label.  You may click ‘Email Return form and Label’ if you would like your forms to be emailed for printing at a later time. Please note, this option will send item return forms to the email registered on Lucchese.com only.

*Please note, all items must be in mint condition and postmarked within the allotted timeframe to be eligible for any exchanges or refunds. Items postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the original recipient. *
