STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
Lucchese accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color, please follow the return procedures below and then simply initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note, return label must be generated and mint-condition item post marked within 30 days of receipt for items to be eligible for any refunds or returns through Lucchese.com.
The following returns policy applies to boots or other items purchased on Lucchese.com. If you purchased a Lucchese boot or other item at a Lucchese retail store or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store or the website where you made the purchase about returning the item for a refund.
We strive to ensure that your handmade Lucchese product is free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for refund. If you discover that your product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at 888-582-1883 and they will be glad to assist you.

Lucchese offers a quick, convenient return service for our customers residing in the contiguous United States.
Note: Return label must be generated and item shipped back to Lucchese within 30 days of receipt. Items shipped after this time will not be accepted as they have surpassed the dates of our return policy.
Return On Your Own
You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. All shipments delivered by USPS to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact customer service at 1-888-582-1883 for assistance.
