Lucchese is pleased to offer free shipping for domestic orders above $300. There are some items that may ship separately. A $5 flat fee will be applied to leather care items. Regular shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping method under $300 for all other items.

Free ground shipping is the default shipping method for domestic orders. If you would like your order shipped second day or next day, select the desired shipping method in step 2 of the checkout process and the appropriate charge will be applied.
Lucchese ships orders to PO addresses. The estimated arrival time to PO boxes in the US can range from (5-7) business days and will be delivered by USPS. Items shipped to PO addresses will ship next business day.

In addition, each country has its own laws, regulations and restrictions regarding certain leathers and exotics. Obtaining and processing the proper CITES and Declarations fees and taxes can take anywhere from 3 to 120 business days or more, depending on your ship-to location and the product you are purchasing. Please check with your country’s rules and regulations, for other taxes or fees that will apply. Additional charges ranging from $290.00 - $493.00 apply for certain exotics. Lucchese gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased from the Lucchese.com website for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt as long as the returned items are unworn, in their original condition, and are undamaged. Lucchese will extend its returns policy for products purchased at a Lucchese store or Lucchese.com throughout the Holiday shopping season. All purchases made between November 1, 2015 through January 2, 2015 can be returned until February 15, 2015. Any orders made after January 2, 2015 will no longer qualify and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

When we receive your package our returns department promptly inspects the items to ensure they are in their original condition. Packages are received Monday-Friday during regular business hours. The item is then inspected, and if approved, then you will receive an email from Customer Service informing you that your refund has been credited to the card you used to make the purchase. Refunds are generally granted within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Lucchese is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact Customer Service for personal assistance to return the item. You will need to provide the purchaser’s first, last name, telephone number, email address or the order number. After the item has been received and approved by the returns department a credit will then be issued to the original purchasers credit card account.
Lucchese is happy to accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items for one of the same value, please follow the return instructions and notate this on the returns form. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and provide you with your new tracking number. If you would like to exchange your items for another item of greater or lesser value, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return your package for a refund and place an order for the new item.
Lucchese has a Repairs department that repairs boots, shoes and other Lucchese items. If you purchased your Lucchese items at a Lucchese retail store, a retail partner or an online partner, please contact the retailer or online store where you originally purchased your Lucchese items from, and have them contact Lucchese and request a Returns Authorization number or contact Lucchese directly and call 1-800-637-6888, EXT 2256 for specific repairs instructions.

Repairs that are needed as a result of a manufacturing defect are covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase will be carried out at no charge to you. We also handle repairs for common wear and tear and other damage that may not be covered by the warranty. This includes soles, heels and tears in the leather, and charges will vary based on the work required.

All Lucchese handmade products featured in our online store are manufactured in our factory located in El Paso, TX unless otherwise stated in the description. All other items are handmade in Italy.
Lucchese uses the Goodyear welt construction technique, a time-honored, traditional method for manufacturing high-quality boots and shoes. Lucchese has used Goodyear Construction for the past 130 years in our famous handmade boots and shoes. Goodyear takes its name from Charles Goodyear Jr., who invented the machine for the process in 1869.
Goodyear construction is lauded for the comfort, durability and waterproof properties it yields. Lucchese’s domestic artisans use all leather components throughout a boot or shoe, eliminating any cork fillers or pads. The leather foot-bed will conform to the foot over time, resulting in an individualized fit.
Goodyear welt construction is unique in that there is no stitching on the interior of the boot or shoe; rather, there is one line of stitching through the insole, upper and welt strip, followed by another line of stitching that attaches the welt strip to the outsole.

Lucchese uses the finest leathers to manufacture our products. To preserve the appearance of your handmade Lucchese products, we recommend that you clean your product at least 8 times a year depending on your own wearing patterns.
Note: When cleaning, conditioning and protecting your snakeskin products, be sure to go with the grain of the scales.

To clean the bronze without effecting the leather, please use a bronze cleaning cloth. The bronze cleaning cloth can be purchased at any jewelry store. With the cloth, rub the bronze hardware gently until the buildup has faded.
