No. You can make as many purchases as you wish as a guest. If you choose to do so, you will receive order information in emails, but you will not be able to access your order information or view your order history on Lucchese. Registering for an account makes shopping and tracking orders faster and easier.

Please verify that we have the correct email address on file in My Account. Please enter your email address and click submit, after a few minutes, check your inbox for the password reset link. Upon clicking the reset password link in your email, you will be prompted to enter a new password, confirm it and click submit. You will see a special thank you confirming you have successfully reset your password. 

When you have placed an order on Lucchese, you will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order. When your order ships, usually within 24 hours, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way. This second email will contain a tracking number that links to the carrier so that you may track your shipment. If you registered for an account on Lucchese, you can also see your order status and access the tracking number from the “My Account” page on Lucchese. If you made your purchase as a guest and would like to access your order history and information on Lucchese, please register here and be sure to use the same email address when you create your username that you provided during the checkout process.

Because Lucchese products are handmade, occasionally you may discover the item you want is out of stock. You can purchase out of stock items and we encourage you to do so. We will ship your product(s) as soon as they are back in stock within 6 to 8 weeks or sooner. Please contact customer service if you have any questions or need additional support regarding an out of stock item you wish to purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted for out of stock purchases.

Lucchese offers three shipping methods to our valued customers. You can select Ground, Second Day or Next Day Shipping in the contiguous United States. Prority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

The estimated time of delivery for domestic shipping includes:

  • Ground ships free for domestic orders and arrives within (5-7) business days by FedEx.
  • Second Business day will arrive within (2) business days by FedEx.
  • Next Day will arrive within (1) business day by FedEx.
  • Only Priority Mail shipping is provided for APO/FPO/DPO addresses and averages between (7-14) business days by USPS.
  • Rural locations may require one or more additional business days for shipment.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam averages between (5-7) business days and may require one-additional business day by USPS.
  • Expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam will require one-additional business day by USPS.
  • Priority Mail Express shipping is available to PO Boxes in the contiguous United States by USPS. 

Note: Estimated shipping times apply to all orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern will be shipped the next business day. 

Lucchese is pleased to offer free shipping for domestic orders. There are some items that may ship separately. Please allow (5-7) business days for delivery. For Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam, please allow (7-10) business days for delivery by USPS. 

Free ground shipping is the default shipping method for domestic orders. If you would like your order shipped second day or next day, select the desired shipping method in step 2 of the checkout process and the appropriate charge will be applied. 

Lucchese ships orders to PO addresses. The estimated arrival time to PO boxes in the US can range from (5-7) business days and will be delivered by USPS.

An address tip is to add the C/O with the name of the condominium or apartment complex on the second line below your first name with the name of your apartment or condominium.

Lucchese gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased from the website for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt so long as the returned items are unworn, in their original condition, and are undamaged. Please complete and insert the returns slip inside the box before returning to Lucchese. For more information, please view our entire returns policy

If you purchased Lucchese boots or other items from a retail partner, please contact the retailer regarding their return policy for more information. 

Lucchese offers a quick, convenient pre-paid returns service for our customers residing in the contiguous United States. If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam or your item was shipped by USPS, please contact customer service. 

  • A prepaid FedEx return label is included in the package you received if you shipped to a contiguous U.S. residential address. The return shipping charges are prepaid for your convenience.
  • The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The price varies based on the number of items and shipping origin.
  • Please seal the package securely and affix the label provided in the shipment you received to the outside of box so that it covers the existing label.
  • You can drop your package in any FedEx drop box or take it to any FedEx store for return shipment. FedEx drop box and pick-up locations near you can be found here.

Note: The return label cannot be used for shipments originating outside the contiguous United States.

If you do not use the provided return shipping label and would rather ship your items on your own, please send the items back to Lucchese at the address below using any trackable method. We recommend that you insure the shipment. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with the returns policy.

Repairs that are needed as a result of a manufacturing defect covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase will be carried out at no charge to you. We also handle repairs for common wear and tear and other damage that may not be covered by the warranty. This includes soles, heels and tears in the leather, and charges will vary based on the work required.  


When we receive your package our returns department promptly inspects the items to ensure they are in their original condition. Once approved, you will receive an email from Customer Service informing you that your refund has been credited to the card you used to make the purchase. Refunds are generally granted within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Lucchese is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact Customer Service for personal assistance to return the item. You will need to provide the purchaser’s first, last name, telephone number, email address or the order number. After the item has been received and approved by the returns department a credit will then be issued to the original purchasers credit card account.  

At this time, Lucches does not offer exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your purchase for a refund and place an order for the new item.

California state law restrictions legally prohibit shipping items that contain exotic leathers including elephant and python.

All Lucchese handmade products featured in our online store are manufactured in our factory located in El Paso, TX.

Lucchese uses the Goodyear welt construction technique, a time-honored, traditional method for manufacturing high-quality boots and shoes. Lucchese has used Goodyear Construction for the past 130 years in our famous handmade boots and shoes. Goodyear takes its name from Charles Goodyear Jr., who invented the machine for the process in 1869.

Goodyear construction is lauded for the comfort, durability and waterproof properties it yields. Lucchese’s domestic artisans use all leather components throughout a boot or shoe, eliminating any cork fillers or pads. The leather foot-bed will conform to the foot over time, resulting in an individualized fit.

Goodyear welt construction is unique in that there is no stitching on the interior of the boot or shoe; rather, there is one line of stitching through the insole, upper and welt strip, followed by another line of stitching that attaches the welt strip to the outsole.

Note: The McKay construction is also by Lucchese artisans on various dress shoes. This construction is implemented when the welt is eliminated and the leather outsole is sewn directly to the leather insole.  

Lucchese uses the finest leathers to manufacture our products. To preserve the appearance of your handmade Lucchese products, we recommend that you clean your product at least 8 times a year depending on your own wearing patterns.

Smooth Leathers:

  • Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush.
  • Apply a lanolin based conditioner to your clean and dry product.
  • Apply a neutral or matching cream based polish and buff with a soft cloth.

Distressed Leathers:

  • Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush.
  • Apply a distressed leather conditioner. You can find distressed leather conditioners at your local boot repair shop.
  • Apply a non-silicone water and stain protector. 

Exotic Leathers:

  • Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush.
  • Apply a lanolin based exotic leather conditioner in several thin layers.
  • Apply a neutral or matching cream based polish and buff with a soft cloth. Do not apply polish on rattlesnake products.
  • Apply a non-silicone water and stain protector to your product to protect against weather.

Note: When cleaning, conditioning and protecting your snakeskin products, be sure to go with the grain of the scales.

Stonewashed Leathers:

  • Brush off dirt or dust with a damp cloth or soft brush.
  • Apply a non-silicone water and stain protector to your product to protect against weather.

Buffed/Sueded Leathers:

  • Brush off dirt or dust with a soft brush.
  • Apply a non-silicone water and stain protector to your product to protect against weather.

More helpful tips:

  • Use edge dressing to make outsoles and heels look new.
  • Let boots dry at room temperature, never dry over direct heat.
  • Do not store in cold or damp places as products can mildew.
  • Use boot trees to help maintain boot's shape.

To clean the bronze without effecting the leather, please use a bronze cleaning cloth. The bronze cleaning cloth can be purchased at any jewelry store. With the cloth, rub the bronze hardware gently until the buildup has faded.
