The following returns policy applies to boots or other items purchased on Lucchese.com. If you purchased a Lucchese boot or other item at a Lucchese retail store or at one of our retail partners, please contact the store or the website where you made the purchase about returning the item for a refund.
We strive to ensure that your handmade Lucchese product is free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for refund. If you discover that your product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at 888-582-1883 and they will be glad to assist you.
Lucchese gladly accepts returns of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Throughout the Holiday season, Lucchese is extending the returns policy. All purchases made at a Lucchese store or Lucchese.com between November 1, 2015 through January 2, 2016 can be returned until February 15, 2016. Any orders made after January 2, 2016 will no longer qualify and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color, please follow the return procedures below and then simply initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase.

You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
