In 1883, the first recorded rodeo in history took place in Pecos, Texas, a defining moment for Western tradition and for every cowboy who’s spent a lifetime earning their way into the arena. Just beyond that historic ground runs HWY 285, the namesake of our newest horseman and a tribute to the miles of quiet work that happen long before the crowds ever gather. To honor that, we’re introducing a brand-new leather to the Lucchese line: Sueded Hornback Caiman, a remarkable dichotomy of pairing a velvety suede finish with the rugged ridges of Hornback Caiman.
