1. Rules of Promotion
- All orders placed with a qualifying spend during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the respective free “gift” as detailed below (while stocks last, 1 per order).
- Offer only applies to purchases of current inventory in-stock on Lucchese.com for online purchases and in-store for retail purchases. “Made to order” and “Build Your Own” purchases are not applicable for this promotion.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Gift and Eligible orders:
- Orders at or above $450 (before tax and shipping) will be eligible to receive a free Leather Patch Hat or a free Boot Bag or a $50 Gift Card. Orders are only eligible if purchasing in-stock items (excludes “made to order”, “notify me”, out of stock products and gift cards).
- Orders at or above $750 (before tax and shipping) will be eligible to receive a free Luggage Tag Passport Duo or a $150 Gift Card; or a free gift from the tier below. Orders are only eligible if purchasing in-stock items (excludes “made to order”, “notify me”, out of stock products and gift cards).
- Orders at or above $1100 (before tax and shipping) will be eligible to receive a free Caiman Bifold Card Case (while supplies last) or a $150 gift card; or a free gift from the tiers below. Orders are only eligible if purchasing in-stock items (excludes “made to order”, “notify me”, out of stock products and gift cards).

2. Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Lucchese accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, original condition, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online from the Lucchese.com website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in mint, original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color, please follow the return procedures and then simply initiate a new order for the item you want to purchase within 30 days of your purchase.
**Holiday Return Policy
While our return policy is typically 30 days after delivery for unworn and undamaged items, any purchases made this holiday season between now and December 25, 2022 will be eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31st, 2023. The intention is so that you can shop with confidence for gifts this season, knowing that there will be more than enough time for returns if needed.
Refund will be less full cost of free item
If your order fails to be qualified for a free gift after the refund, the gift should be returned with your order (meeting return requirements listed above), or the full price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
