Lucchese Retail Company – Payment by Link Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Lucchese Retail Company’s (“Lucchese,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Payment by Link service (“Service”). By completing a transaction using the Payment by Link, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
- The Payment by Link service enables you to complete purchases through a secure payment link sent by Lucchese.
- Each link is unique, time-limited, and valid for a single transaction unless otherwise stated.
2. Security & Authentication
- Links are provided directly by Lucchese and should not be shared.
- You are responsible for ensuring the link you use originates from an official Lucchese channel (e.g., Lucchese email domain, official SMS, or direct customer service communication).
- Lucchese is not liable for transactions completed through fraudulent or altered links.
3. Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods will be listed upon accessing the payment page (e.g., major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets).
- By submitting your payment, you authorize Lucchese to charge the specified amount to your chosen method of payment.
- Payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Order Confirmation
- A successful payment does not guarantee product availability. Order confirmation will be sent separately via email or SMS.
- If the ordered item(s) are unavailable, Lucchese will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Purchases made through Payment by Link are subject to Lucchese’s standard Return & Exchange Policy.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to bank or card issuer processing.
6. Limitations & Liability
- Lucchese is not responsible for:
- Payment delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or card issuers.
- Unauthorized use of the Payment by Link where you have failed to safeguard access.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucchese disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer information provided during the payment process will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Lucchese’s Privacy Policy.
- Lucchese does not store full card details; payments are processed securely by certified third-party processors.
8. Fraud Prevention
- Transactions may be subject to review, verification, and cancellation if suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Lucchese reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment or order at its sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
- Lucchese reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all future transactions.
