Dedicated to the craft
Before the leather, before the stitching, before the finishing touches—it all begins with the last, the foundation of every Lucchese boot. This philosophy guides everything we create.
-
Named for the historic 1864 Camp in Fort Collins, Colorado, this style alludes to the simplicity of a well-dressed man of many moons past—the traditionalist. The Collins showcases its tonal design elements through the visual texture and dimension of cording and stitching. It’s crafted from Italian Florence Buffalo leather for an exceptionally supple fit and feel. The lemonwood pegged construction, an Old-World bootmaking process in which our artisans hammer each peg individually, firmly secures the outsole to the insole, binding all the elements together. Handmade in Texas.

Florence Buffalo
The softest of Lucchese’s smooth leathers, Florence buffalo is luxurious in both fit and finish. As velvety as glove leather, it’s also surprisingly durable and appropriate for all occasions. When new, Florence buffalo boots should hug the feet tightly. In time and with repeated wear, they will mold to your feet for a one-of-a-kind fit and show a rich vintage patina.
