Job Title:       Sales Lead/Key Holder

Location:       Santa Fe, NM 

Reports to:    Store General Manager

As a member of the Lucchese leadership team, the Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in creating the conditions for success in all aspects of their store’s business, including training all sales professionals; executing store strategy to deliver annual field priorities, and facilitating an elevated customer experience. The Sales Lead supports the Store Manager in sharing the vision for the store, communicating in a way that each employee is aware of their contribution to the store’s success.

Business Results:

Supports the inspiration of the team to achieve results and perform at a high level. Supports in driving the productivity of the team through coaching and redirecting individuals during each shift. Supports controlling labor/payroll to maximize productivity, optimize traffic and achieve sales/KPI goals. Supports strategies and processes that deliver top-line results.

Job Title:      Store General Manager​

Location:       Fort Worth, TX

Reports to:    Director of Retail

Customer Experience Focused:

As the General Manager, you lead through your team to drive profitable sales in your store. You lead and provide direction to your entire store team. You are the link between Lucchese’s brand vision and how it comes to life in your store. You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding profitability goals. As the head merchant, you lead, follow up, coach and train on business analysis and merchandising decisions. You proactively create the store business plan to drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling. You hold your team accountable to deliver results. By leading the overall skill building and development of your store team in line with company initiatives, you create a positive talent development culture. As the General Manager, you personally coach and develop your direct leadership team and other key talents in your store. You create an inclusive culture of learning application and high performance through talent acquisition and developing, coaching and holding your team accountable. You are the primary change leader, subject matter expert and communicator for your store team about all brand, market and territory initiatives.

As a Lucchese leader, your first priority is to contribute to the success of your market and lead your team in how they contribute to the success of the store. As a member of the Lucchese leadership team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in creating the conditions for success in all aspects of their store’s business, including sourcing and training all sales professionals; executing store strategy to deliver annual field priorities, and facilitating an elevated customer experience. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in sharing the vision for the store, communicating in a way that each employee is aware of their contribution to the store’s success. Additionally, the Associate Manager is responsible for leading a rotating Division of Responsibility (Product, Talent, and Operations) while achieving key business goals.

Job Title:      Retail Planner & Distributor

Location:       Dallas, TX

Reports to:    Director of Merchandising

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting.
  • Work directly with the Product team on building new reports and merchandise analytics
  • Drive store-level sales through merchandise allocation strategies and localized assortment recommendations for all product categories
  • Work directly with the purchasing team on all buys and replenishment
  • Prepare analysis of location performance, best sellers/slow sellers, sell-through, etc.
  • Reviews store feedback related to size planning
  • Work closely with the Product Merchandising teams implementing thoughtful inventory strategies that promote profitable sales growth as well as satisfy customer demands
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to recap business. Work to identify risks and opportunities by class and programs
  • Create and generate reports, analyses and scenarios to drive inventory strategy decisions, understand trends and facilitate planning team daily deliverables
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with multiple departments including Merchandising, Retail Store teams, E-commerce, and Marketing
