Job Title:      Assistant Store Manager​

Location:       Frisco, TX

Reports to:    Store General Manager

Customer Experience Focused:

As a member of the Lucchese leadership team, the Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in creating the conditions for success in all aspects of their store’s business, including sourcing and training all sales professionals; executing store strategy to deliver annual field priorities, and facilitating an elevated customer experience. The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in sharing the vision for the store, communicating in a way that each employee is aware of their contribution to the store’s success. Additionally, the Associate Manager is responsible for leading a rotating Division of Responsibility (Product, Talent, and Operations) while achieving key business goals.

  • Business Results: Supports the inspiration of the team to achieve results and perform at a high level. Is knowledgeable about the competition and market trends to positively impact the business. Drives productivity of the team. Monitors labor to maximize productivity, optimize traffic and achieve sales goals. Job Title:      Retail Planner & Distributor

Location:       Dallas, TX

Reports to:    Director of Merchandising

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting.

  • Work directly with the Product team on building new reports and merchandise analytics
  • Drive store-level sales through merchandise allocation strategies and localized assortment recommendations for all product categories
  • Work directly with the purchasing team on all buys and replenishment
  • Prepare analysis of location performance, best sellers/slow sellers, sell-through, etc.
  • Reviews store feedback related to size planning
  • Work closely with the Product Merchandising teams implementing thoughtful inventory strategies that promote profitable sales growth as well as satisfy customer demands
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to recap business. Work to identify risks and opportunities by class and programs
  • Create and generate reports, analyses and scenarios to drive inventory strategy decisions, understand trends and facilitate planning team daily deliverables
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with multiple departments including Merchandising, Retail Store teams, E-commerce, and Marketing

Job Title: DTC E-Commerce Director

Location: Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced, focused, and versatile digital expert to help speak directly to the consumer. This is a unique opportunity to build on a solid foundation that the consumer loves and respects and help scale the business and reach a broader audience.

You will be responsible for setting the digital strategies, KPI’s for brand campaigns across owned and paid channels, managing the internal digital team members and multiple vendors and agencies.

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing and website strategy in order to meet and exceed all KPI’s goals.
  • Lead growth and drive acquisition of new consumers across multiple channels like the website, SEM, display, paid social, re-targeting, direct response, and SEO.
  • Manage and track paid media budget, while optimizing CAC, ROAS. Define spend across channels considering seasonality, channel scalability, and key market growth targets.
  • Build a comprehensive funnel strategy to optimize conversion rates of existing channels.
  • Understand the market nuances and key data points that inform change.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with senior management.
  • Implement updates to the website, including but not limited to site functionality, visual appeal, and ADA/Disabilities WCAG/W3C Compliance.
  • Work closely with external digital partners continually monitoring and adjusting depending on the situation and priorities.
  • Manage internal cross-functional relationships with multiple departments including Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail.
  • Work effectively with product and marketing teams to support product launches.
  • Monitor and evaluate the competition and retail landscape to ensure best practices.
  • Responsible for creating the roadmap for website updates, cart conversion optimization, and A|B testing throughout the year in order of priority and potential return.
  • Oversee web analytics strategy, implementation, and internal reporting.
  • Key stakeholder in driving digital audience strategy through CRM growth efforts, CRM marketing, and audience development.
  • Stakeholder in creating website’s privacy policy and ensuring that Lucchese is adhering to national and state digital privacy laws.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Digital leadership experience in a retail environment or agency team.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to apply skill sets both creatively and analytically.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communications skill both oral and written.
  • Understand and respond to appropriate tasks with a sense of urgency.
